TROUBLESHOOTING
Before claiming for repair, check the machine as follows
Machine will not start
Machine stops
automatically
No cooling in
cooling mode
The led shows the fault
code "E2"
The led shows fault
code "E5"
LED shows fault code "E4"

Not plugged in
Damaged plug or socket
Broken fuse
Timed watering or programmed
temperature reached
Ambient temperature lower
than set
Machine goes into frost protection
Ambient temperature sensor fails or
is damaged
Evaporator oil pipe sensor fails or is
damaged
Water full warning
Plug
Replace the power cord or socket
Replace fuse by service provider
(specification 3.15A/250VAC)
Restart or wait for automatic
switchover
This is a normal phenomenon, the
machine will switch automatically
when the ambient temperature is
higher than the set temperature
The machine will switch
automatically when the frost
protection is over
Replace ambient temperature
