OPERATION - Before first use
Place the pizza stone (8) in the appliance. Put the plug in the socket (7). Turn the power switch (5) on, turn
the temperature knob (2) to "Max" and heat the appliance for about 20 minutes. After that open the pizza
appliance and you can start preparing a tasty crispy pizza.
ATTENTION:
•
If you don't follow the instructions above, there is a chance that the stone will crack.
OPERATION - Using the pizza stone oven
1. Put the plug (7) in the socket and switch (5) on the device.
2. Open the lid of the oven (4) using the handle (3).
3. Place the pizza stone (8) in the oven. Close the oven.
4. Switch the temperature knob (2) to 'MAX' and the timer knob (1) to on. After approx. 20 minutes the
appliance is ready to use. The pilot light stays on until the automatic thermostat switches off.
5. Open the oven by the handle (3). Use the spatula (9) to pick up your pizza and put it on the oven stone.
After that, pull out the spatulas (3) and close the oven by the handle (3).
6. Leave the temperature knob set to 'MAX' and the timer knob set to your specific need.

Bake fresh made pizzas approx. 5 to 7 minutes
•
Bake frozen pizzas approx. 8-10 minutes.
•
Check the baking process every now and then by opening the lid. Depending on the used topping,
the given baking time can differ.
7. When ready, use the spatula (9) to take out the pizza and put it on a plate.
8. Switch off (5)the appliance.
9. Take the plug (7) out of the socket and allow the appliance and pizza stone to cool before storing.
When the pizza topping is already done, but you prefer a more crispy pizza bottom, just turn the temperature
knob (2) to a lower setting and bake the pizza a little bit longer.
ATTENTION:
•
Never use oil or water on the pizza stone.
•
The pizza stone may discolour as a result of use.
•
Always use oven mitts and spatula
•
Do not touch the hot heating elements (see figure 2) and the hot pizza stone.
•
The pizza shouldn't be bigger than 30 cm or thicker than 3 cm.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Appliance:
1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Take the plug out of the socket and allow the appliance and pizza stone to cool.
3. Clean the outside of the appliance and accessories with a damp cloth and washing-up liquid. Make sure
no moisture gets into the appliance.
Stone:
Never clean the stone with oil, water or washing-up liquid, but with a paddle and a dry cloth.
1. Place the appliance near an open window. Close it, turn the select knob to upper and lower heating and
the temperature knob to "MAX".
2. Let the appliance heat for 60 to 80 minutes under control. The dirt will be burned away, and the appliance
emits a little bit of smoke.
3. Switch off the appliance and leave it to cool.
4. Wipe the pizza stone clean. Discoloration of the stone is normal because it is a product of nature.
ATTENTION:
•
Never immerse the appliance, the plug or the cable in water.
•
Never put the appliance in a dishwasher.
•
Never use harsh or scouring cleaning agents or sharp objects (e.g. knives, hard brushes)
when cleaning.
