SIMPLE TROUBLE SHOOTING
• Install new AA batteries.
• Make sure the positive (+) and negative (-) poles are lined up
properly in each compartment, with (-) pole making contact
with the spring.
• Move camera to spot without branches or water close to camera.
• Change PIR sensitivity in menu settings.
• Make sure you install all new AA batteries.
• Longer PIR interval and shorter video length will increase
battery life.
• Ensure that SD card is with class 10 standard or higher level.
• Make sure your computer can play 4k video.
• Ensure that you removed the protective films on IR LEDs and
lens before using.
• Ensure that the lens is not dirty.
• Change the settings to get higher resolution before start to shoot.
• Make sure the camera switch to ON mode
• Check SD card. If full, download images,erase from card,
reinstall empty card in camera.
• Move the"write protect"switch to the unlocked position.
• Reformat the card by using the"FORMAT"option in the Settings
Menu.
• Remove all the batteries to reset the camera.
• Enter the alternate password "OPEN", in case that you forget
the password to start the machine.
