SUCK OFF OIL
Close the shut-off valve on the compressed air connection (12). The
valve is closed if the lever of the valve is positioned against the
direction of flow.
Close the shut-off valve (11) under the measuring cylinder.
The valve is closed when the butterfly handle of the valve is
positioned crosswise to the flow direction.
Open the shut-off valve at the tank base.
The pipe elbow of the emptying hose must always hang at the top of
the unit. The outlet of the emptying hose must never be lower than the
oil level otherwise the oil may run out of the hose.
Close the shut-off valve of the suction hose.
Connect air source with the vacuum generator (10) and open the
compressed air shut-off valve on the vacuum generator.
The valve is closed if the lever of the valve is positioned against the
direction of flow.
Choose a suitable dipstick probe (13), insert it into the dipstick tube
and connect it to the suction hose.
Open the valve of the suction hose.
The valve is open when the lever of the valve is in the direction of
flow.
Once the suction process has ended, close the valves on the suction
hose and on the compressed air connection of the vacuum generator.
The valves are closed if the levers are positioned against to the
direction of flow.
