Storage and transport
All parts must be completely dry and completely cooled
down before storage.
− Always store the waffle iron in a dry place.
− Protect the waffle iron from direct sunlight.
− Keep the waffle iron out of the sight and reach of
children, safely locked and stored at a temperature
between +5 °C and +20 °C (room temperature).
− Ideally, transport the waffle iron in its original packa-
ging.
Malfunction/Solution
Fault
The waffle iron does not
work.
During use, the red
indicator light goes out
and on again. Clicking
sounds are also heard.

Possible cause
‚ The mains plug has not
been inserted into a
socket. Insert the mains
plug into the socket.
‚ The appliance heats
up automatically again
and again to keep the
temperature constant.
This is not an error.
