TROUBLESHOOTING
The device is not working
• Be sure that the AC adapter is correctly connected into the power input and there are
energy supply.
• Verify that the active channel indicators 1 (in A and B) remains turn on.
Can't see images
• Check that the connections are made according with the diagram and the wires are
connected into the input or output ports.
• Review that the cables are not damaged.
• Verify that you selected the right channel.
• Be sure that your output device is turn on.
• Probably you need to adjust the parameters of resolution in your device.
The remote control is not working
• Do not exceed the 5 m of distance.
• Replace the battery with a new one. Pay attention in the polarity.
