Align end of LINK ARM (15) with bracket on bottom
of LOWER HANDLEBAR (16). While holding

SPACERS slide LINK ARM (15) into bottom end

Secure the joint using 1 BOLT (Q), 1 FLAT WASHER (S),

1 SPRING WASHER (V) and 1 NUT (T).
