3) Insert the mains plug into a safety socket
4) Switch on the soldering station.
NOTE: Always place the soldering iron in the soldering iron stand when you are
not working with it.
2.4.1 Change Temperature
1) Set the temperature by revolving the temperature-controlling knob.
2) When the temperature of the soldering tip rises to the set temperature, the
heating indicator will flash, indicating that soldering can be carried out.
2) When the soldering tip is heating up at full power, the red light is steady
on. When cooling or malfunction, the red light does not go on.
2.4.2 Temperature Calibration
NOTE: The temperature should be recalibrated every time if the handle,
heating element or soldering tip is replaced.
1) Set the temperature 350°C.
2) When the temperature is stable, measure the temperature of the tip with the
thermometer, write down the value.
3) Take out the stopple in the CAL hole, use a "-" or "+" type screwdriver to
adjust the screw in the CAL hole until the thermometer shows the station's set
temperature (350℃).
4) Temperature will increase if the screw is turned clockwise and will decrease
if it is turned counter-clockwise.(put the stopple back to the CAL hole)
NOTE: It is recommended to use QUICK 191/192 series temperature tester to
measure tip temperature.
