XII. Troubleshooting
The recording microphone is designed in a way, that it is working reliably and foreseeable under all normal conditions.
However, it is possible that problems may occur. Please check the following proposals, before you contact the technical support:
Problem
It seems as if the status LED would
randomly flash red and green.
The status LED flashes red while recording.
It seems as if some songs would not be
played back.
The status LED does not light up.
The device does not react anymore and no
button is working.

Solution
The battery is low. Recharge the battery.
The memory is full. Delete some files.
Please check if they are available in the WAV format.
The battery is completely discharged. Recharge the device.
Insert a paper clip into the Reset hole (at the rear bottom) and
switch off the device. Restart the device.
