WARM I N G U P BREAD ROLLS OR BAGELS
1. Place a bread roll or a bagel on the warming rack (1).
2. Turn the browning control (6) to the desired level and press the lever
switch (3) down until it locks into place.
Caution-Fire Hazard! Bread slices must not be warmed up on the
warming rack, since it hinders adequate ventilation.
Never place bread to be warmed up directly on top of the toasting slots;
always use the warming rack.
3. Press the CANCEL button if the heating process should be stopped
early or in case you have accidentally pressed the wrong button.
T I PS FOR REM OV I N G T OAST SLI CES
1. Attention! The toast slices, bread rolls, bagels, and parts of the device
are very hot both during and directly after the toasting process. do not
grab the toast slices or bread rolls with bare hands when removing them.
Risk of burning!
2. To remove small slices of toast, the switch lever can be added manually
pull upwards by approx. 10mm. The toast slices can be raised and lifted
more easily.
3. Should toast slices remain stuck in the toaster, promptly press the
CANCEL button (7) in order to switch off the device. then disconnect the
mains plug from the mains and let the device cool down completely. then
try to remove the bread in such a way that the toaster is not damaged.
do not use any electrically conductive tools, such as a knife or a fork,
to remove the bread.
CLEAN I N G AN D M AI N T EN AN CE
Attention! Before cleaning, always switch the device off, pull out the mains
plug from the socket and let the device cool down completely.
Attention! Do not use alcohol, acetone, benzene, aggressive cleaning
agents, etc., to clean the synthetic parts of the device. Do not use hard
brushes or metallic objects.
1. Clean the crumb tray (10) after each use in order to prevent
breadcrumbs from accumulating.
2. Pull the crumb tray with the crumbs out of the housing.
3. Dispose of the breadcrumbs and clean the crumb tray with a lightly
dampened cloth. then dry it off thoroughly.
4. After cleaning, slide the crumb tray back into the slot until it snaps into
place.
