Analog 4–20 mA outputs
The 4–20 mA output range can be configured using the
web interface. A value higher than 21 mA is used to indica-
te a detector error.
WARNING
COMEM suggests using shielded cables for distance higher
than 30m.

• 4-20 mA n°2: Moisture
• 4-20 mA n°3: Oil temperature in the eDOC chamber
Through web interface the analogue outputs can be
configured.

Analog 4-20 mA inputs are suitable for active current loop
(2 wires, "4-20 mA" and "GND") and passive current loop
(3 wires).
Commissioning (without web interface)
The thermal pump can be activated once the installation is
completed and the device is filled of oil.
The steps to follow are:
1.
Power on the device, the green icon
2.
The red icon
blinks (means that the
commissioning is not done)
3.
Press for 5 seconds LEFT and RIGHT at same time.
"CMD" will appear.
Press 1 time OK. "COM" will appear (first line).
Press 1 time OK. "ok" will appear (second line).
4.
The red icon
does not blink (means that the
commissioning is completed).

NOTE
Reinstalling the cover
Once all connections are made and commissioning
performed, re-install the enclosure cover and secure it with
the 5 mm Allen key.
To reinstall the cover:
1.
Install the supplied eDOC cover o-ring (see "Spare
arts" on page 5). Make sure that it is well fitted
in the groove of the front cover. Each time the cover
is removed, check the o-ring status, if it is deformed
or damage, it must be replaced.
2.
Once the o-ring properly fitted, close the cover and
make sure pressure is evenly applied on the o-ring
(to maintain the IP67 rating).
3.
Secure the fasteners in an alternate pattern (see
below). Start all bolts by a few threads, and run them
hand-tight. Tighten mildly by hand, then to a torque
of 8.1 N·m (6.0 lbf.ft)

De-Commissioning (without web interface)
For the de-commission it is important to turn off the ther-
mal pump, the steps to follow are:
1.
With the device powered, remove the COVER (see
chapter 9)
2.
Press for 5 seconds LEFT and RIGHT at same time.
"CMD" will appear.
Press 1 time OK. "COM" will appear (first line).
Press 1 time LEFT. "DECO" will appear (first line).
Press 1 time OK. "ok" will appear (second line).
The red icon
blinks (means that the de/
commissioning is completed)
3.
Once the o-ring properly fitted, close the cover and
