Troubleshooting
Why is it not possible to connect to the WIFI network?
Check that the power is connected, then ensure that 2.4G is selected instead of 5G WIFI, then
reconnect.
Why is the feeding displayed in the app but the food is not dispensed from the feeder?
If the app shows that the feeding was successful but there is no food dispensed from the feeder,
firstly we suggest checking if the feed hopper has enough food. Secondly, whether the rotors have
been turned normally (can be judged by the sound). Thirdly, we suggest re-feeding a few more
times to avoid the signal delay causing trouble (internet delay).
Why can't I log in to my Smart Life account?
Firstly, check that the feeder is properly connected to the Wi-Fi network. Secondly, check that the
account has not been taken up by other people. We suggest deleting and reinstalling the app.
Can the feeder's schedule be set when it is battery powered?
When running on battery power only, the feeder is not connected to the mains, at this time the
feeder can only execute a previously set feeding schedule it cannot set a new feeding schedule via
phone or remote feeding, so dual power is recommended. (Battery power supply is only
applicable to prevent power failures).
