Troubleshooting
Before requesting a repair, check the machine as follows :
Failures
The machine will not start.
The machine will stop
automatically.
No cold air in
COOLING mode.
The LED displays fault code
"E2"
The LED displays fault code
"E3"
The LED displays fault code
"E4"
Causes
Power supply failure :
1. Not connected,
2. The plug or socket is
damaged,
3. Fuse blown.
Stop programme or set
temperature reached.
1. The ambient temperature is
lower than the set
temperature,
2. The machine enters freeze
protection.
The ambient temperature
probe is defective or damaged.
The evaporator oil pipe sensor
is defective or damaged.
Tank full warning.

Solutions
1. Plug in,
2. Replace the power cord or the
socket,
3. Replace the fuse by the service
provider (Specification :
6.3A/250VAC)
Restart or wait for automatic
switching.
1. This is a normal phenomenon,
the device switches on
automatically when the ambient
temperature is higher than the set
temperature,
2. The machine engages
automatically when the freeze
protection is complete.
Replace the ambient temperature
probe.
Replace the evaporator coil pipe
sensor.
Empty the water.
