BEFORE FIRST USE
To ensure the first cup of coffee tastes excellent, you should rinse
the Espresso Machine with warm water as follows:
1 Fill the water tank, the water level should not exceed the "MAX"
mark in the tank. Then close the water tank cover.
Note: this Espresso machine is supplied with a detachable tank
for easy filling and cleaning.
2 Insert the coffee filter into the porta-filter (no coffee in the filter),
make sure to align the notch on the filter with the groove inside
the porta-filter. Turn the filter to the left or right to lock in place.
3 Connect the porta-filter to the dock and turn it anti-clockwise
until it is fixed tightly. The porta-filter handle should be pointing
forwards.
4 Ensure that the Steam Control is set to the 'OFF' position and
place a cup onto the drip tray.
5 Connect the Espresso machine to power supply.
