Any conversion or refitting work on a GRAMMER AG boat seat must be performed ex-

clusively in authorized workshops by trained or suitably qualified personnel and in
adherence with the applicable operating, maintenance and installation instructions and in
compliance with all relevant national regulations.
Improper installation and assembly bear the risk of bodily injury or property damage
•
and the proper function of the boat seat or mounted parts can no longer be guaranteed.
Worn parts such as rollers, absorbers and the fixation of the boat seat must be checked
•
from time to time.
Before driving, check whether all selected seat adjustments allow safe operation of
•
the boat.
Seat tested and approved in accordance with GRAMMER standard (GN 009, GN 010,
•
GN 011, depending on development date) from 50 kg to 130 kg.
The driver's seat is not watertight and must be protected against splashes of water!
•
Warranty and liability
Do not try to repair the boat seat by yourself in the case of any faults. In such a case, all
•
guarantees and liabilities will expire!
Let all maintenance and repair work be done by the qualified customer service.
GRAMMER AG does not assume any warranty or liability for damage resulting from im-
•
proper installation, use or repair.
Details on the liabilities assumed by GRAMMER AG are stated in the contractual docu-
•
ments (see invoice or delivery note). Claims against GRAMMER AG beyond the liabili-
ties described there are excluded.
As an inevitable matter of fact, GRAMMER AG cannot evaluate all situations and conse-
•
quences that may bear a risk of injury for the persons involved in the described work
procedures. For this reason it is absolutely necessary that every person who carries out
installation work at a boat uses his/her professional knowledge to make sure that his/her
own safety will not be put at risk and that the selected type of installation will not cause
any negative effects, in particular with regard to technical safety.
For this reason, Grammer AG disclaims liability for any possible damage of this kind.
Change notification
The boat seats are subject to continuous development. Please understand that we must

reserve the right to make changes in shape, equipment and technical design. For this
reason, the contents of these instructions cannot be used to substantiate any possible
claims.
