Solution
Verify base is plugged in
Check for loose or damaged power
cables, replace if necessary
Replace is necessary
Check for loose or damaged cables or
leg or control box, replace if neces-
sary;
After plugged in the cables or replace
the cables/leg/control box, please
power off and then follow reset
procedure;
Allow 20 minutes cool down.(Unit is
designed for 2 mintues on/18minutes
off.)
Follow reset procedure.
Desktop overloaded. Reduce desktop
load. Check for the interference with
walls or ither objects. Please power
off and then follow reset procedure;
Triggeranti collision device, remove
obsturctions
Verify cable connections
Remove obstruction, reset following
reset procedure
Check if the difference in height
beween legs exceeds 0.79''/20mm,
remove the desk load; Then please
power off and then follow reset
procedure; if still not work, replace is
necessary
Tighten all screws in base using 4mm
Hex Key and all screws to Desktop
using Phillips #2 screw driver
Adjust leveling studs(rotate to extend
or retract) so that all pads are in
contact with floor surface
