Cleaning the Water Filter (pump
models only)
□ Unplug the unit before cleaning it. After every month of
usage, the water filter needs to be cleaned for smooth water
pump running.
□ Remove the bucket F. (Figure 1)
□ Remove the plastic nut, sealing bolt and take the filter off.
(Figure 2)
□ Clean the water filters with soft brush. (Figure 3)
□ If the filter is very dirty, wash it in water and a neutral
detergent.
□ Re-install the filters,filter sealing bolt and plastic nut
back to the unit. Make sure the filter is installed to the
proper position. (Figure 4)
□ Re-install the bucket to the unit. (Figure 5)
NOTE: Before remove the filter, please put a draining dish
under the unit and make sure there is not water draining
from the port.
WARNING: Do not injure hands while disassembleing and
re-installing the water filter parts.
IMPORTANT: The water filter needs to be cleaned every
month on models with an internal pump.
NOTE: If the unit will not be used for a certain period of
time, please clean the water filter, and drain the dehumidfier
completely. Re-install the water filter parts.
Service calls to clean the water filter are not covered under the
product warranty.
