TROUBLESHOOTING
If you experience any of the problems below, please follow the suggested solutions. If you
continue to experience issues after trying the solutions
electrician or serviceman.
Problems
Bidet seat does not work.
Problems
Water does not spray
Water pressure is weak.
Spray is off-center.
Water temp not warm.
Water is leaking.
Wash function does not activate.
Possible Causes
Blackout or loose socket
Power off
(Power indication light not on).
Electric leakage
Possible Causes
No water in the supply.
Water supply is turned off.
Filter is stuck.
Water hose is twisted.
Water level is set on LOW.
Filter is stuck.
Operational failure.
Water temp is set on LOW.
Parts are loose or damaged.
Check if the seat is lifted or
sitting on something.
Body sensor is broken.
Check whether the power cord is plugged in.
Press the power button until indication light turns on.
Unplug power cord, re-connect, then power on.
If it still does not work,
please unplug again and contact us.
Wait for the water to restore to its normal levels.
Turn on water supply valve.
Clean or replace filter.
Stretch hose until it becomes untwisted.
Turn up water level to higher setting.
Clean or replace the filter.
Unplug device and re-plug in after 1 min.
Increase water temp level to higher setting.
Contact us.
Fix seat so it is flush with the bowl and remove any
objects underneath.
