7.4 Guarantee service
If all preconditions of this Guarantee are met, Streifeneder ortho.production
GmbH will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the product free of
charge.
8 Declaration of Conformity
Streifeneder ortho.production GmbH declares as manufacturer in sole
responsibility, that the 20R20 and 20R25 TLSO Hyperextensions Orthosis
complies with the Regulation (EU) 2017/745 for medical devices (MDR).
9 Storage conditions
Store the product in its original packaging at room temperature in a dry place.
10 Disposal
The product is to be recycled or disposed of without risk to humans or the
environment. Please observe the symbol on the product label (packaging).
