Operate and maintain the portable assembly machine as advised in the instruction manual to avoid
unnecessary increase in vibration.
Do not use worn or poorly fitted fittings and extensions as this can cause a considerable increase in
vibration.
Select, maintain and replace the consumable/tool as advised in the instruction manual to avoid
unnecessary increase in vibration.
Sleeves should be used where possible.
Suspend the weight of the machine from a bench, tensioner or balancer, if possible.
Hold the tool without excessive pressure but firmly, taking into consideration the required hand reaction
forces, as the risk from vibration is generally higher when the gripping force is greater.
1.2.11. Additional safety instructions for pneumatic machines
Air under pressure can cause serious injury:
-
ALWAYS turn off the air supply, drain the air pressure hose and disconnect the machine
from the air supply when not in use, before changing accessories or making repairs.
-
NEVER direct the airflow towards yourself or another person.
Hose whipping can cause serious injury. Systematically check that the hoses and connections are tight
and in good condition.
Cold air should be directed away from the hands.
DO NOT use quick connects at the tool inlet for impact/impulse wrenches ; use threaded hose fittings
made of hardened steel (or a material with comparable impact resistance).
When universal helical fittings (claw fittings) are used, safety pins must be installed and hose safety
cables must be used to protect against possible ruptures between the hose and the machine or the
hose and the fitting.
DO NOT exceed the maximum pneumatic pressure marked on the machine.
For continuously rotating and torque-controlled machines, pneumatic pressure has a critical effect on
safety performance. Therefore, requirements for hose length and diameter must be specified.
NEVER carry a pneumatic machine by the hose.
ATTENTION !
We decline all responsibility for accidents and damage due to non-compliance with these
instructions.

Application domain
The impact wrench is an easy-to-use tool. It allows you to screw or unscrew the fasteners of automobile
accessories (wheel nuts, chassis screws, etc.). It is used in automobile mechanics, aeronautics, etc.
WARNING !
Use the tool only in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
