Our products are covered by warranty. The warranty of the device is subject
to the following conditions:
In order to benefit from the warranty service:
• Products must be returned for repair in their original packaging.
• The warranty of the product shall be subjected to the submission of a fiscal
document (receipt, invoice or document of sale made by correspondence via an
online store or catalogue), attesting the date of purchase of the product.
• The repair shall have no effect on the original expiry date of the warranty and
shall not result in the renewal or extension thereof.
• If, at the time of the repair, no faults of the product are found, the costs for the
technical inspection shall be charged anyway.

• The warranty is voided if the fault is caused by: shocks, fall, incorrect or impro-
per use of the product, use of non-original power supply or charger, accidental
events, product alteration, replacement/detachment of the seals of warranty
and/or tampering of product.
• In addition, the warranty does not cover damage occurred during transport due
to the use of unsuitable packaging. Any damage caused by the use of the de-
vice under exceptional circumstances (outdoor use, use in wet and damp areas
and direct exposition to sunlight etc.) is not covered by warranty.
• The warranty does not cover the impossibility of use of the product, other inci-
dental or consequential costs or other costs incurred by the buyer.

For any controversy is the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Turin.

Indicate the date of purchase by submitting the purchasing document.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE METHODS OF INTERVENTION AND USE
OF THE DEVICE DESCRIBED HEREIN SHALL RESULT IN THE VOIDANCE OF
THE TERMS OF WARRANTY.
