Operation
Remove any packaging materials from the appliance.
Ensure the thermostat knob is set in the OFF position, then plug the power cord into a
suitable electrical outlet.
Smear a thin oil layer on the plates.
Close the appliance's lid. Set the thermostat knob to the desired position until the tem-
perature light indicator turns on. The plates will heat up for several minutes until the
selected temperature has been reached.
When the temperature light indicator goes off, place the food you wish to cook on the
hot plates. Use a cooking scraper or any other heat-resistant cooking tool.
Once the food is already cooked, carefully remove them using a cooking scraper or any
other heat-resistant cooking tool. Do not use knifes or sharp metallic objects, as they
could damage the plate's coating.
Once you have finished using the appliance, set the thermostat knob to the OFF posi-
tion, then unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
CAUTION: the appliance may stay hot during or after operation. Allow several minutes
to cool down before handling or storing it.
