evitar fugas, la arandela incorporada no debe presentar
daño alguno y estar siempre firmemente apretada en su
ranura. El adaptador de calibración puede ir montado de
forma permanente al transmisor por medio de 2 tornillos.
3.
Montaje y conexiones
3.1
Montaje en pared
Emplear el esquema adjunto de taladros para colocar los
orificios de montaje. Retirar el soporte de montaje / caja
de conexiones del transmisor. Sujetarlo a la pared con
tornillos de 6 mm.
3.2
Conexión del transmisor
Abrochar las correas de sujeción a las anillas situadas en
la parte trasera del transmisor, dejando que cuelgue del
soporte de montaje. De esa forma el transmisor
permanecerá cómodamente en su posición mientras se
conectan los cables. Pasar el cable a través del collarín.
Conectar los cables a los terminales de acuerdo con el
esquema. Si se emplean dos cables distintos para señal y
alimentación de red, sustituir el tornillo de sujeción por un
segundo collarín de cable (pieza. # 561051).
Acoplar el transmisor al lateral del fondo de la caja de
conexiones, manteniendo el cable recto tirando del
mismo hacia fuera durante el montaje. Apretar los
tornillos y el collarín o collarines del cable o cables.

Nota importante
•
Emplear únicamente cable blindado de diámetro
externo de 8 – 13 mm, sección > 0,75 mm
el blindaje a tierra solamente dentro de la sala de
control.
•
La arandela debe estar limpia e intacta. Debe
permanecer dentro de su ranura.
•
Apretar a mano fuertemente los 4 tornillos Allen Par
de apriete recomendado 1 Nm.
• No debe quedar hueco visible entre el transmisor y la
caja de conexiones.
3.3
Conexión al módulo de control del Statox 501
Leer
y
cumplir
las
funcionamiento del controlador Statox 501.
Previamente conectar el transmisor, seleccionar el
programa 46. Conectar el cable de señales (4 - 20 mA) a
los terminales 4(+) y 11(-) del modulo de control (ver
figura).

Mounting and Connections
3.1
Wall Mounting
Use the enclosed drilling plan to position the mounting
holes. Remove the mounting bracket / terminal box from
the transmitter. Fasten it to the wall with 6 mm screws.
3.2
Connecting the Transmitter
Connect the holding strap to the rings located on the back
side of the transmitter, allowing it to hang on the mounting
bracket. This will conveniently hold the transmitter in place
while connecting the wires. Pull the cable through the
gland. Connect the wires to the terminals according to the
schematics. If two separate cables for signal and power
supply are to be used, replace the plug screw with a
second cable gland (part. # 561051).
Couple the transmitter to the bottom side of the terminal
box, keeping the cable straight by pulling it outward while
mounting. Fasten screws and cable gland(s).

Important note
• Use only shielded cable with an outer diameter of 8 - 13
mm, sectional area > 0,75 mm
ground only in the control room.
• The O - ring must be clean and intact. It must stay in its
groove.
• Fasten all 4 Allen screws hand tight. Recommended
torque 1 Nm.
• No gap must be visible between the transmitter and
terminal box.

Connection to the Statox 501 Control Module

controller!
Before connecting the transmitter, select program 46.
Connect the signal cable (4 - 20 mA) to terminals 4(+) and
11(-) of the control module (see picture).
