Note - Stray light
• When shooting longer exposures, cover
the viewfinder. This will prevent stray
light from seeping in during the longer
exposure.
Note - Cross effect
• Polarization technology can cause a cross
effect when the filter is set to Max. This
appears on images as a cross-shaped
dark area and can be used to add
creativity to the pictures (note the picture
on the packaging of your ND2-400).
• If you do not wish to see this cross effect,
reduce the filter setting until the effect is
no longer visible.

Note - Sensitivity
• A high sensitivity setting causes
picture noise in dark areas of the
image which can be used as a
creative element.
• If you do not wish to see picture
noise, activate your digital camera's
"noise reduction" function.
Note - Too much light
• If the pictures are too faint
(i.e. overexposed) despite the smallest
blend setting, shortest exposure time
and the lowest sensitivity, use Grey
Vario ND2-400.
