Troubleshooting
Some problems may be caused by minor faults that you can fix yourself. To do so,
follow the instructions in the following table. If it is still not possible to resolve the
problem, contact customer service. Do not repair the device yourself.

Troubleshooting
Possible cause and solution
• Make sure that the device's power adapter is connected
to an appropriate power outlet.
• Rotate the VOLUME knob clockwise to increase the
volume.
• In radio mode, the antenna is not oriented properly.
• In Bluetooth mode, make sure the device is within the
device's Bluetooth range. Move your external device
closer to the device.
• The device is too close to a TV set or another device.
• Make sure the selection knob is set to PHONO mode and
the right speed (33, 45 or 78 RPM) is selected.
• Install the 45 RPM adapter if your vinyl record needs it.
• Check the stylus condition and whether it is in the appro-
priate position, or consider to replace a worn out stylus.
• Make sure a valid CD is placed properly with the printed
surface facing up.
• Make sure the selection knob is set to CD mode.
