Thanks for buying a Fender® Rumble™ series bass amplifier. Fender
bass amplifiers are legendary for providing thick, natural and bal-
anced tone that sits fat in your live or studio mix. Rumble amps are
designed by and for bass players, and we take great pride in putting
full-featured, easy-to-operate amps of the highest quality in the
hands of working and aspiring musicians everywhere.

INPUT VOLUME BASS MID
EQUALIZATION
A. INPUT — Plug your bass in here.
B. VOLUME — Controls the loudness of the amplifier.

Rumble amps are equipped with Fender's Delta-Comp™ lim-
iter. Setting the VOLUME higher or playing more aggressively
will result in more compression and sustain!
C. OVERDRIVE — Press this button to select the OVERDRIVE
circuit which provides pre-amp distortion tones. The red LED
illuminates when OVERDRIVE is on. Increase the VOLUME level
to produce more OVERDRIVE distortion and sustain.
D. CONTOUR — Press this button in to select the CONTOUR circuit
which provides a mid-frequency cut that offers a fat, pleasing
tone useful for slap style playing, low-volume practice, or in
combination with OVERDRIVE.
E. EQUALIZATION — Use these knobs to adjust overall tone and
to compensate for room acoustics. Remember, what sounds
harsh in a garage with a cement floor may have just the right
edge in a bedroom with carpet.
F. AUX IN — Plug your media player in here for accompaniment.
The amplifier controls do not affect this input. Adjust the vol-

G. PHONES — Plug your stereo headphones (32 ohms minimum
impedance) in here. Speaker output from the amplifier is auto-
matically muted when the PHONES jack is in use.
H. POWER INDICATOR — Illuminates when power is switched on
to the unit.
I. POWER SWITCH — Press to the "ON" position to
switch power on to the unit. Press to the "OFF"
position to switch power off to the unit.
J. IEC POWER CORD SOCKET — Connect the
included power cord to a grounded A/C electri-
cal outlet in accordance with the voltage and
frequency ratings specified on the rear panel of
your amplifier.

