EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE – REPLACEMENT OF THE OZONE PRODUCER
The production of ozone at the required levels is guaranteed until the (i) warning light comes on
(see the "HOME PAGE" fig.), which will cause the "MAINTENANCE" page to open. Alternatively,
a malfunction or breakdown of the ozone producer may be indicated as shown in the figure
"PLAY - FAULT STATUS". Production of ozone at the required levels lasts for approximately
3000 cycles of use. The device must be sent back to Customer Service for replacement of the
Ozone Producer. It is not possible to independently reset the "Extraordinary Maintenance"
alarm. However, even if this alarm is activated, the device will work continue to work.
Nonetheless, the ozone producer must be replaced as soon as possible in order for Aquolab to
remain efficient and performing at its best.
IMPORTANT
•
Always remember to empty the hydraulic circuit before any transport
storage of the device.
•
If the device is going to be returned for extraordinary maintenance, remove the nozzles
before returning.
•
When requesting a replacement handle, be very careful not to damage the outlet fitting
when removing the old handle.
•
These are fundamental requirements. Non-compliant returns may be refused.
DISPOSAL
Pay particular attention to the regulations on waste sorting and disposal currently in force. The
device must not be thrown away as household waste, but has to be handed over at authorized
municipal landfills.
The external and replaceable parts of the water jet, such as nozzles and handle, can be recycled
normally.
