Error report

 ERR 01 – Unknown Input (Input is not supported)
 ERR 02 – Unknown Input (Input is not supported)
 ERR 06 – Tolerance limit is out of the acceptable range
 ERR 07 – OFFSET is out of the acceptable range
 The instrument must be returned to the service centre for checking.
 ERR 08 – Reference point in „Relative-Mode" is out of the indicating range
 ERR 09 – no communication with computer or peripheral devices
 ERR 10 – interruption of communication during data transfer
