04. MAINTENANCE AND WARNINGS.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
For the cleaning and maintenance of the machine
or the replacement of parts, it is necessary to un-
plug it beforehand.
INFORMATION
For any type of maintenance, review or repair
contact Udom S.L. directly.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
Only ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS authorised
and approved by Udom S.L..We recommend that
damaged components or parts be replaced im-
mediately to guarantee better operation, energy
savings and even the prevention of more serious
breakdowns of the sealer.
PRECAUTIONS
Liquids must be frozen before they can be
packaged, as if they are drawn into the vacuum
pump they could seriously damage it. In addition,
if you are going to pack meat, dry it with a cloth
to avoid its juices being drawn into the pump for
this reason. This packaging machine is not suita-
ble for the packaging of spices.
STORAGE
• It is important to store the sealer in a cool, dry
place, away from aggressive chemical products
or sources of heat.
• Do not close the lid of the packer to prevent
deterioration of the sealing gaskets.
PACKAGING MACHINE CLEANING
After using the machine, use a mild soap to clean
the housing of the appliance and the vacuum
chamber to guarantee hygiene and keep the
sealer in good condition. In the same way, it is
important that the sealing gasket and bar and the
vacuum seals are clean at all times to ensure bags
are sealed correctly.
Periodically check that the vacuum chamber is
free of residue and impurities to avoid obstruction
in the air extraction process.
CAUTION!: When you want to dispose of the
appliance, NEVER throw it in the rubbish bin.
Take it to the WASTE FACILITY or waste collec-
tion centre closest to your home for processing.
You will thereby be helping to take care of the
environment.
