Food Diary
Use the food diary to help track your meals and snacks throughout the day.

Tap the food diary option in the history screen.
2.
Tap "+" to add snacks and meals.
3.
The calorie intake and allowed calories will automatically be updated.

Exercise Diary
Use the food diary to help track your exercises throughout the day.
1.
Tap the exercise diary option in the history screen.
2.
Tap "+" to add your physical activity, duration and burnt calories.
3.
The burnt calories and goal calories will automatically be updated.

Troubleshooting
The scale will not switch on or the display on the scale appears dull.
Check and replace low batteries. Make sure they are inserted correctly in the battery compartment.
The weight is not or incorrectly displayed.
Make sure the scale is placed on a flat surface.
Make sure there is no background noise.
Move your smartphone closer to the scale.
Check that the app is loaded onto your smartphone.
There is a high-pitched noise coming from the scale.
The high-pitched noise is the ultrasonic communication between the scale and the smartphone. This
noise is normal.
