• To avoid skin burn, do not take off the cover while the kettle
is working.
• Open and close the cover carefully while the kettle is hot.
WARNING: be extremely careful when moving the kettle with
boiled water from one place to another. Never use the cover to
hold it. Always use the handle.
• Do not operate the kettle while empty.
• Do not use the base for other than for its intended use.
• Do not open the cover during the boiling process nor minutes
before or after the boiling point to avoid steam burns.
3. OPERATION
Before using the kettle for the first time, boil water twice without any cleaning agents.
• Fill the kettle with water without exceeding the max. level. Check the water-level indicator.
• Place the kettle on the base.
• Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage on the label of the appliance.
• Press the power switch located on the handle to initiate the process. A blue light will turn on and the
water will start boiling.
• After boiling water, the device switches off automatically.
• Do not open the lid while serving.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Always remove the plug from the mains supply before cleaning the machine!
• The jar's surface can be cleaned with a soft dampened cloth if necessary.
• The calcium filter can be removed for cleaning.
• In case the water used has caused minerals to build up, such as calc, it is suggested to fill half the kettle
with water and lemon juice and boil it. If impurities are still left after this, repeat the process and allow it
to cool down before emptying and rinsing it.
