Clamp the material to be drilled in a vise (fi gure 12) or by clamps to
prevent the workpiece rotate due to the rotation of the machine;

HOLD the machine fi rmly and POSITION the drill in the point to be
drilled;
4.
TIGHTEN the Trigger Switch to start the process of drilling;
5.
MOVE the machine against the workpiece to apply suffi cient pressure
to keep the drill bit drilling. DO NOT FORCE the drill or APPLY lateral pres-
sure to enlarge the hole. LET the machine cut!;
6.
When the drilling is performed for in a hard material, or in smooth sur-
faces, MARK with a punch the center of the desired hole. This will prevent
the drill from sliding off center when the drilling is started;
7.
If the drill lock in the material, STOP the process immediately. REMOVE
drill the workpiece and determine the reason of the incident.
