IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
PLEASE READ ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.
2.1 Areas of use
• The appliance is suitable for the treatments listed in "sec-
tion 5" page 60.
• The selected treatment time and temperature is the res-
ponsibility of the qualified hairdressing staff.
Please also take note of the manufacturer's instructions for
the products used.
• Please remember that heat may reduce the development
times of the products.
• An ambient temperature of 15°C to 35°C in the salon
should be maintained.
• A relative humidity of 95% must not be exceeded.
• Do not set up the appliance in direct sunlight, near high
temperatures, heaters or in damp rooms.
Proper use
• The appliance is only designed for commercial use indoors.
• The appliance is only used for drying and heat treatment
of the hair for a positive effect on the development time
and the result when treating hair with cosmetic hair pro-
ducts.
• The appliance must be positioned so that the customer's
head is exactly in the centre of the five heating elements
1 (see "section 6.2" page 62).
• Switch off the appliance immediately after use at the ON/
OFF switch 8. Remove plug b (only pedestal version).
• A-weighted emission sound pressure level in the work-
place at 1 m distance, LpA ≤ 70 dB(A).
• Measured maximum noise level including measurement
uncertainty according to EN ISO 4871. Values determined
according to EN 60704-2-9 with reference to EN 60704-1.
• Under no circumstances should the appliance be left unat-
unattended
tended as long as the plug b is still inserted.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction con-
cerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved.
