Warning
• When inserting batteries, note the correct polarity (+ and - markings)
and insert the batteries accordingly. Failure to do so could result in the
batteries leaking or exploding.
• Do not short-circuit batteries.
• Do not charge batteries.
• Do not throw batteries in a fire.
• Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
• Do not allow children to change batteries without supervision.
• Remove the batteries from products that are not being used for an
extended period.
4. Getting started – installing the Batteries
Note
• Use 2 AAA batteries
• Remove the battery cover from bottom of remote.
• Check the +/- polarity on the batteries and inside the compartment.
• Insert the batteries.
• Slide the battery holder back into the remote until the clips locate.
Note – Code Memory
• This remote control saves the settings during battery change.
5. Setup
This remote control can by default control 90% models of LG brand, there´s no
need to set it up. lf it doesn't work, please choose one of the following setup
methods 5.1 or 5.2.
5.1 INPUT CODE
CODE List:
001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014,
015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 020, 021, 022, 023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028,
029, 030, 031, 032, 033, 034, 035, 036, 037, 038
1. Press and hold the key [MUTE] and [POWER] until the LED will be lit, then
release keys.
2. Enter the three codes from code Iist. When the code input is finished, the
LED will turn off.
3. Please try to use the remote control. lf it doesn't work well, please try other
codes: [002], [003], [004] ...
Note
• lf the code is invalid, the LED flashes twice and then lights up permanently.
To exit the setup, please press [MUTE].
5.2 FAST SEARCH
1. Press and hold the key [MUTE] and [POWER] until the LED will be lit, then
release keys.
2. Press the key [ P+]. Each time you press, the remote will search once. When
the code changes, you can test if [POWER], [VOL+],[MENU],[0-9] keys work
well. If ok ,please press [ MUTE] to save the code and exit.
3. lf it doesn't work well, repeat the fast search by pressing [ P+].
