Never open batteries, never solder or weld batteries. The risk of
explosions and injuries exists!

Regularly check the condition of the batteries. Leaking batteries can
cause damage to the appliance.

If you do not intend to use the appliance for an extended period,
remove the batteries.
•
If the batteries have leaked, to avoid the risk of injury through chemical
burns put on a pair of protective gloves before removing the batteries.
•
Clean the battery compartment and the battery contacts with a dry
cloth.

Unpacking
• Take the multimeter and all of its ancillaries out of the packaging.
• Remove all transportation fasteners and tapes/foils.
Items supplied
Before puting the appliance into use, check that all items are present and
free of visible damage.
• Digital Multimeter
• 2 Measuring leads (red and black) with measurement prods
• 2 Measuring leads (red and black) with measurement plugs
• 1 Temperature sensor with a yellow plug
• 1 Red adaptor for the temperature sensor
• 1 Battery, 9 V, Type 6F22
