6 TROUBLESHOOTING

Disconnect the machine from the power supply prior to any checks performed at the
machine itself!
Fehler
Machine does not start
Saw band does not come to
full speed, no power
Motor gets hot very fast and
has weak performance
Saw band runs in opposite
direction
Machine vibrates
Bad cuts
MANY MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS CAN BE AVOIDED BY LETTING THE MACHINE BE
CONNECTED TO YOUR POWER SUPPLY BY A CERTIFIED ELECTRICIAN
6.1 Adjust saw frame
If you receive straight and clean cut-
ting surfaces but the cuts are not 90°,
it is very likely that your saw frame
became outbalanced. In this case you
have to readjust it.
You can readjust the saw frame by
turning part No° (32) that regulates
within a tolerance level the descent angle of the saw frame.
