OPERATION
NOTICE: It is recommended to fully charge the unit before using it for the first time.
Charging the Adaptor
To charge the unit, connect the USB charging cable into the charging port (C) on the unit and then plug it

Longest life and best performance can be obtained if the battery pack is charged when the air temperature
is between 65 °F and 75 °F (18° – 24 °C). DO NOT charge the battery pack in an air temperature below
+40 °F (+4.5 °C), or above +105 °F (+40.5 °C). This is important and will prevent serious damage to the
battery pack.
NOTE: While the unit is charging, the LED indicator (B) will be on solid red. If playing music while charging
the LED will alternate red and blue. When charging is complete, the red LED indicator will be off. When the

The Bluetooth
adaptor can be mounted and stored on a work site radio or other speaker by mounting the
adaptor storage clip (E) to the radio. Being mindful of the adaptor's cord length in relation to your radio's
audio jack, apply the adhesive strips (F) provided on the back of the storage clip and to a flat surface on
your radio, refer to figure 3. Slide the adaptor into the storage clip and connect the 3.5 mm audio plug (D).
Remove adaptor from clip for charging if necessary.
