Fix the adjustment with a standard screw
through the hole [4-2] on the work plate.
Repeat these two steps at the other three legs.
Now the basic unit is fi xed.
Installing the router on the router module
Place the router module in the recess on the
basic unit CMS-GE [5].
Insert the crank handle [5-1] in the hexagon
socket [5-2] on the height adjuster.
When not in use, the crank handle can be
stored in one of the openings [5-3] on the
legs of the basic unit CMS-GE.
The following section describes the process for
installing router OF 1010 and OF 1400 in the router
module. Removal is performed in reverse sequence
to installation.

Attach the guide plate [6-2]
securely to the slide on the
height adjuster [6-1].
Insert the dark grey cen-
tring ring 473810 for the
OF 1010 with the part num-
ber faceup into the recess
on the router module and
secure the tenon into the
slot.

Lock the router in the lowest position:

Remove the plastic ring [7-1] before installing
the router OF 1010 in the router module.

NOTE
Leave the extraction hood [7-2] in the router
module for your own protection.
WARNING
Refi t the plastic ring [7-1] before using the
router as a hand machine.
To do this, unscrew the rotary knob [8-1] for
adjusting the router cutting depth and push the
router downwards.
Tighten the rotary knob.
Attach the adjustment plate [8-2] to the threaded
hole [8-3] with the narrow journal (width: 4 mm
(0.16 in.)) facing downwards.
