SOLUTION
Replace with a new battery or
charge the battery.
Transfer the SD card files to the
computer or delete the files in the
SD card.
Format the SD card first using the
camcorder (Delete menu). If it
still does not work, format the SD
card using the PC.
Insert the SD card.
