Safety information
− During operation, do not place the appliance under wall
cupboards or other objects that could hinder the free
upwards fl ow of steam.
− Do not cover the appliance.
− Do not place any objects on the appliance.
− Never leave the appliance unattended during operation.
− Never use the appliance in the vicinity of explosive and/or
fl ammable vapor.
− Always use the basket for preparing the food in the fryer
pan so that the food does not burn.
− Always place the hot pan and frying basket on a heat-
resistant surface.
− Never fi ll the fryer pan with fat or oil.
− Disconnect the power cord from the outlet immediately if
the appliance starts to give off dark smoke. Wait until the
appliance has stopped making smoke before removing
the fryer pan from the appliance.

− Disconnect the plug from the outlet after each use, before
cleaning and during periods when the appliance is left
unattended.
