PUMP MAINTENANCE

WARNING!
Cleaning and servicing work must only be carried out after the operations described
in the chapter "HOW TO STOP THE PUMP" have terminated, i.e. none of the pipes
must be full of liquid on pressure.

6.1 Routine maintenance

Carry out the Operations described in the section "HOW TO STOP THE PUMP" and
comply with the instructions in the chart below.
SERVICING FREQUENCY
Whenever the pump is used
After every 50 hours service

6.2 Extraordinary maintenance

WARNING!
Used oil must be disposed of in an adequate way and not discarded in the
environment.
Comply with the extraordinary maintenance operations described in the chart below.

After every 500 hours service or at the
end of each season
OPERATION

Check the condition and level of the
oil

Check the suction filter and clean it if
necessary

Check the inflation pressure of the
accumulator

Make sure that the suction circuit is in
a perfect condition
OPERATION

Replace the check valves

Replace the diaphragms

Change the oil
