TROUBLESHOOTING
1. There is no LED indicator illuminated on the unit:
• The unit is switched off, press either the "on" button or the
"cycle" button
• If the problem persists, make sure the power adaptor is correctly
inserted into the wall socket.
• That the power supply jack is connected to the unit
2. The tubing is leaking at the connectors:
• Disconnect the tubing from the connector by pressing down and
holding the blue ring while pulling the tubing. Connect the tubing
again by pushing the tubing firmly into the opening as far
as possible.
• If the problem persists, disconnect the tubing and cut off about 1,5
cm (1/2") as straight as possible and reconnect.
3. The nozzle is leaking at the joints:
• If the nozzles are under pressure, accidental leakage might occur
near the joints. Try to move the nozzle in a slightly different position.
If the leakage occurs near the front joint (octagonal part), try to
tighten the front part.
• If the problem persists, replace the nozzle (available at your local Exo
Terra
pet retailer).

4. The nozzle does not spray or sprays irregularly:
• The nozzle may be clogged. Soak the nozzle overnight in a 50/50
solution of water/vinegar (See "Maintenance" section).
• If the problem persists, we recommend replacing the spray head
with one of the two replacement spray heads with the nozzle tool
(included).
• Using de-mineralized/distilled water will prolong the lifespan of the

nozzles. It is not recommended to open the nozzle, as it consists
of very small parts and any tampering will may result in complete
malfunction of the nozzle.
GUARANTEE
This guarantee is limited to the unit only. The unit is unconditionally
guaranteed for defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1
years from date of purchase but does not cover normal wear and tear.
The guarantee is valid with proof of purchase only. The guarantee does
not cover products which have been modified in any way, consequential
loss or damage of or to animate or inanimate objects. This guarantee
is valid only under normal operating conditions for which the unit is
intended. This guarantee will not apply to any unit subjected to improper
use, negligence or tampering. This guarantee does not affect your
statutory rights. The guarantee covers only domestic household use.

When you call (e-mail or write), please have all relevant information
such as model number and/or part numbers available, as well as the
nature of the problem. Please ensure that all maintenance instructions
have been adhered to before returning the product to your retailer.
