9. SWITCHING ON FOR THE FIRST TIME

We provide below a clear and simple explanation of how to access all the
functions of your new heater.
Don't worry about programming your heater. It has been designed to provide
maximum ease of both programming and use.
Once your heater has been installed in accordance with the installation instruc-
tions given on page 37, connect it to the mains socket.
The appliance should automatically light up. The first thing to be displayed will
be the clock, and obviously, you will have to program it with the hours, minutes
and day of the week.
in
Lastly the day of the week is flashing, set this with the "+ / -" keys, then
press "OK".
Once all this information has been entered, the heater will automatically
enter the comfort mode.
Your thermal fluid heater is operating. We will now describe how to make use
of each of the functions.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
You will always have to follow the steps we have just described, in the
cases explained below:
1) When the heater is unplugged from the mains supply for more than
approximately one day.
2) When a power cut involving your home occurs and last for more than 24
hours.

"Automatic mode".
We now have to change this to "Comfort" mode.
