IRING
The inverters have cable glands and gaskets to prevent water or moisture infiltration inside the inverter. During inverter wiring,
pay careful attention to the following:
Tightening cable glands
Careful closing of the communication drawer
Watertight assembly of the AC connector (only models with an "AC connector" = Wieland RST25 or Wieland RST25i5)
Correct closing of the AC terminal block cover flange (only models with an "AC connector" = Terminal block)
Careful closing of the communication slot
Failure to observe these precautions leads to possible water infiltration into the inverter which can cause malfunction.
E
LECTRICAL INSTALLATION
1.
It is advisable to install a circuit breaker (see "Recommended circuit breaker").
2.
Turn the DC switch to off.
3.
Wire the movable DC connectors included in the accessories box, taking care to respect polarity: the male plastic
connector is positive.
Caution: when the photovoltaic generator is exposed to even minimal solar radiation, it produces a
dangerous DC voltage. It is advisable to isolate the generator before performing this operation.
4.
Open the AC switch downstream from the inverter
5.
Wire the AC connector or the output terminal block (only models with "AC connector" = Terminal block), connecting the
grounding connector to the terminal with the symbol
following image:
6.
Turn the DC switch to ON.
7.
Close the AC switch downstream from the inverter
, the neutral to terminal N, the phase to terminal L as per the
1) Cable gland
2) Outlet body
3) Connector plug
Pass the cable through the cable gland and wire the
terminal block, opening the spring-cage levering with a
flat-tip screwdriver with a 3.5 mm tip and insert the
stripped wires, close the cover and tighten the cable gland
