Installation of Fitting for In-wall Installation (2-part Function Block)

Remove the cover plate.

Use a hollow hexagon wrench to close the water volume regulators.

Trigger the valve.

Disconnect the line connection between the solenoid valve cartridge and the
electronic module.

Remove the screws (c).

Remove the solenoid-valve cartridge (d).

Other design forms of the solenoid-valve cartridge (d) are possible.

Use a flat nose pliers to pull the existing filter (e) out.

Remove the screws (f).
7.10 Unscrew the plug (g).

Use an M8 screw to pull out the plug via the centre thread.
7.11 Insert the new filter.

Important!
Ensure correct installation position. The rib of the filter must not lie on the flow-
through hole.
7.12 Insert the solenoid-valve cartridge.
7.13 Tighten the screws.
7.14 Connect the line connection between the solenoid-valve cartridge and the electronic
module (k).
