WARNING!
BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY ADJUSTMENT OR MAINTENANCE TASK, ENSURE
THAT THE MACHINE IS SWITCHED OFF AND THAT THE PLUG IS REMOVED FROM
THE SOCKET.
OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS TO OBTAIN PRECISE AND EFFECTIVE
RESULTS.
AFTER CARRYING OUT ALL THE ADJUSTMENTS, BE SURE THAT ALL THE
WRENCHES AND THE TOOLS ARE FAR FROM THE MACHINE, AND THAT ALL
SCREWS, BOLTS AND OTHER LOCKING DEVICES ARE BLOCKED CORRECTLY.
DO NOT USE THE SAW BEFORE FOLLOWING THESE PROCEDURES.
WHILE CARRYING OUT THESE ADJUSTEMENTS, CHECK THAT ALL EXTERNAL
PIECES WORK CORRECTLY AND ARE IN GOOD CONDITIONS.
BEFORE USE, BROKEN OR DAMAGED PARTS MUST BE REPAIRED OR CHANGED BY
A QUALIFIED PERSON.

RIVING KNIFE ADJUSTMENT (Fig. 7, 9, 10, 11)

WARNING!
BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY ADJUSTMENT OR MAINTENANCE TASK, ENSURE
THAT THE MACHINE IS SWITCHED OFF AND THAT THE PLUG IS REMOVED FROM
THE SOCKET.
Place the blade (4) Fig. 1 at 0° and at its maximum cutting depth.
Remove the protective cap (2) Fig. 1.
Remove the bench inlay (6) Fig. 1, then loosen the riving knife's locking screw (38) Fig. 9.
Pull the riving knife (5) Fig. 9 upwards until it reaches its maximum height in order that the distance
between the workbench surface (1) Fig.1 ad the upper side of the riving knife (5) is the biggest possible.
Place the knife in order that the distance between the saw blade (4) and the riving knife (5) is a maximum
of 8 mm.
Firmly tighten the nut (38) Fig. 9 and re-assemble the bench inlay (6).
Re-assemble the moving protection cap.

REPLACEMENT OF BENCH INLAY (Fig. 11)

When the bench inlay (6) is worn or damaged, it must be changed to avoid possible risks.
Pull the protective cap (2) Fig. 7.
Unfasten the screw (39) Fig. 11.
Remove the worn bench inlay (6) from the top.
To re-assemble the bench inlay on the workbench follow these instructions in reverse order up to the re-
assembly of the protection cap.
