"Reset" button cancels the current password if you lost or forgot it (see CONNECT button
section).
During the updating process, a progress dialog box is displayed to provide feedback of the
operation progress.
If an error occurs at any time during these operations, a warning message appears in a dialog
box to inform the user.
7.8.2. CONNECT button
CONNECT button is used to open/close a connection between DPM3003
and the PC that runs the software.
When .amiclab-m3 is not connected with DPM3003, CONNECT button is
deactivated and greyed. On the other hand, when .amiclab-m3 is connected with
the hardware, the button turn red and lights in variable intensity, signalling its active status.
In order to avoid clicks and noise when the communication is established, the sound is muted
during the time required to send the parameters from the editor (with their current value).
If the hardware is password protected, a password dialog box opens to type the password and
validate the operation.
