our website www.thomashilfen.com.
Mounting the foot rest
The foot rest is to be fixed to the knee joints. Place the grid joints one upon the other and connect them with the screws (from the
inside), washers (from the outside), and wing nuts (from the outside). (Fig. 1)
Lateral backrest upholstery / side upholstery (EASyS)
Take the two shorter upholstery pieces from the upholstery sets and put them over the lateral tubes. The snap fasteners should point
inwards. The Velcro for fastening the upholstery is situated on each outer side of the curved sections of the back plate. Velcro the upholstery
to the back plate with the side which is pointing inwards. (Fig. 2) Close the upholstery completely with the Velcro at the back. (Fig. 3)
Attach the longer upholstery pieces to the upholstery already mounted using the snap fasteners. (Fig. 4) In addition, velcro each longer
upholstery to the inner sides of the curved section of the back plate.
Lateral backrest upholstery (EASyS Modular)
Make sure that the short side of the upholstery is pointing outwards before mounting. (Fig. 5) Put the lateral backrest upholstery over
the lateral tube and velcro it on the inner and outer side to the curved section of the back plate. Close the Velcro completely – also
over the knurled screw. (Fig. 6-7)
Receiver for sun and rain cover
Both EASyS and EASyS Modular are equipped with receivers for the sun and rain cover. (Fig. 8)
Seat upholstery
Velcro the seat upholstery to the seat plate. Fix the two lower Velcro fasteners around the tubes of the foot rest.
