4. Using the activity tracker
To achieve your fitness, activity and sleep goals, record your activity and
sleep habits using the tracker.
At midnight, measured values are automatically returned to zero.
In 'Steps', 'Distance' and 'Calories' mode, you can see how close you are to
your set goal on the progress bar. When you have achieved your goal, the
corresponding progress bar flashes and an acoustic signal sounds. You can
switch the acoustic signal on and off, and adjust your personal goals using
the Veroval
medi.connect app/software.

The app/software contains a detailed view of every target value, with a
breakdown of daily data recorded.
The detailed view of Sleep mode offers the option to display your sleep
phases (awake, light sleep and deep sleep phases).
