Reset the tracker
If the tracker does not respond or the signals are faulty, press the reset key
(5) on the back of the tracker to carry out a hardware reset. The stored data
is kept intact.
To restore the tracker's factory settings, hold down the menu key in Time
mode until 'Reset?' lights up. By pressing the menu key again, you can
confirm the reset, which will set the time to 12:00 PM and cause all saved
data to be deleted.
If the tracker is connected to the app, you can also restore to factory settings
via the app. To do this, go to Tracker Settings.
